How was your airport experience in-destination?
That was excellent! I felt very safe.
How was your transfer experience in-destination?
That was good, they were a little bit confused first and it took some time to find a transfer for me, but it was a great experience overall.
What resorts did you visit?
I stayed at Iberostar Paraiso Maya, and toured Dreams Playa Mujeres, TRS Coral, Palladium Costa Mujeres, Dreams Vista Cancun, Iberostar Selection Cancun and Coral Level there, and Now Sapphire.
What is your main takeaway in regards to safety and health from visiting the resort(s)?
I felt that even though all resorts have implemented a lot of safety protocols, everyone had their little details. It's good to know but it's a bit hard to remember plus they are very fluid now.
What do you think is the most important thing to share with travelers about your
experience?
Cancun and Riviera Maya is safe and is ready for the Americans. Be prepared for lower capacity, so set up the right expectations for the restaurants, shows, etc.
Would you visit Mexico again this year?
Totally, I am leaving to Los Cabos very soon!
