Incredible food with a side of sun, restaurants on the Las Vegas strip are making it easier than ever for travelers to enjoy the warm weather and soak up some rays during their next outing in Sin City. Here’s just a taste of what vacationers have to look forward to in 2023.

Caesars Entertainment

Beginning April 3, Caesars Entertainment will dazzle tastebuds with a variety of outdoor dining experiences. The first on the docket is Absinthe’s Green Fairy Garden, a moody escape fit for a modern fairy tale with a scrumptious menu boasting burgers, tots, cocktails and more. Or, for a little celebrity factor, hungry travelers can head to GIADA at The Cromwell, famous Chef Giada De Laurentiis’ beloved eatery that dishes up Italian fare with a Californian twist. Alternatively, a journey to Flavortown is just around the corner when stomachs start to growl at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at the nearby The LINQ Hotel + Experience. Speaking of The LINQ, The LINQ Promenade will also offer visitors a wide variety of outdoor dining options this spring including favorites like Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar and Virgil’s Real Barbecue.

 A few doors down, travelers will love people-watching at Paris Las Vegas’ Mon Ami Gabi, a dreamy Parisian-inspired patio with no shortage of strip-side entertainment. Meanwhile, those craving a brew can head up to the hotel’s rooftop Beer Park for an impressive selection of suds, fun and food. Finally, for a touch of rock ‘n’ roll, visitors can make their way to Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino for some incredible Mexican food at Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina.

MGM Resorts International

This spring, outdoor dining options are aplenty at MGM Resorts International. To kick off their day the right way, vacationers can savor tasty breakfast and lunch favorites at ARIA Resort & Casino’s Salt & Ivy Cafe & Patio Bar, a beautiful restaurant overlooking the resort’s fantastically manicured pool area. Or, for some international fare, travelers can head to the Bellagio Resort & Casino for incredible Italian dishes at LAGO by Julian Serrano, fine French cuisine at the award-winning Picasso, fabulous meat and seafood selections at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s PRIME Steakhouse, next level American fare at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago and sushi and shared plates at Akira Black’s Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge.

But that’s not all, MGM Resorts International is offering even more mouthwatering culinary experiences throughout the strip including French and Italian eats at Rivea — Alain Ducasse’s restaurant at the top of Delano Las Vegas — and strip-side fun at places like Nine Fine Irishmen, Tom’s Watch Bar and Beerhaus beer hall at The Park.

Scenic views and scrumptious bites collide at Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, a trendy restaurant with a spacious patio above The Venetian Resort Las Vegas’ famous canals. Just a stone's throw away, visitors can enjoy fine French cuisine at Bouchon, Thomas Keller’s top-tier bistro or visit LAVO Italian Restaurant or WAKUDA for action on the strip.
