Spring is here, and sunny Central Florida is the place to be. Detroit Tigers Spring Training

Now through March 26, visitors can cheer on the Detroit Tigers as they play their 58th consecutive season at Publix Field. Don’t forget your orange, white and blue.

SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo

Running from March 28 through April 2, SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo is a large-scale aviation event often referred to as ‘Spring Break for Pilots’. The event is the second largest of its kind in the world and attracts over 200,000 pilots and aviation enthusiasts to Central Florida, including the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.

Easter Sunrise Service at Bok Tower Gardens

Visitors can observe Easter Sunday as they never have before when they attend Bok Tower Garden’s Annual Easter Sunrise Service on April 9. Admission is free between 6 and 8 a.m. and this year marks the park’s 97th year hosting the event.

Two-Toed Sloth Encounter

Lakeland’s Safari Wilderness Ranch plans to introduce a new two-toed Sloth Encounter beginning in April 2023. The experience will be very exclusive, limited to just four patrons per day, and more details are expected to come out on the ranch’s website over the next few weeks.

Mayfaire by-the-Lake Art Festival

One of Central Florida’s most beloved outdoor events, Mayfaire by-the-Lake is an award-winning fine art festival that dates back to 1971. The festival is free to attend and will take place May 13 through 14 in 2023.

Saturday Night Rodeos

Grab your cowboy hat and your best flannel, Saturday Night Rodeos at Westgate River Ranch Resort are one of Central Florida’s most exhilarating activities amongst families visiting the area. A rootin’-tootin’ good time, visitors will see trick riding, bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing, rodeo clown antics and more.

Cypress Gardens Water Ski Shows

Every third Saturday of the month visitors and locals alike gather to watch the world-famous Cypress Gardens Water Ski Team put on a spectacular show. The monthly shows are free to attend, and the next upcoming event will take place on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

Pirate River Quest at LEGOLAND

This spring, visitors are encouraged to visit LEGOLAND Florida Resort’s newest attraction: Pirate River Quest. On this sea-faring adventure, travelers set sail with a rowdy crew of LEGO pirates, exploring mysterious waters in search of long-lost treasure.
