SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment: New Attraction Openings in 2018

There’s so much to look forward to this year with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. New commission opportunities, special events and even new attractions. See the attractions opening across the SeaWorld parks this spring and summer, just in time for your clients’ visits!

Spring

Aquatica Orlando: Ray Rush
A brand-new family raft slide with three-in-one thrills!

First, water jets launch your raft from zero to awesome in just seconds. Your adventure takes a twisting turn as you spin inside a colossal water sphere. Finally, dive into the giant manta wings, swooping up and down a different path each time.

Adventure Island: Vanish Point
Plunge 70 feet on Adventure Island’s new drop slide!

This drop slide lets riders choose between two skyboxes, each sending them through 425 feet of spiraling tubes until they reach the splash run finale.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg: Battle For Eire
Located in the Ireland village of the park, Battle For Eire is a marriage of a motion-based theater simulator with state-of-the-art 360-degree virtual reality headsets, creating an innovative experience unlike any other in the attraction industry.

Riders will be completely immersed within the story and be able to see, hear and feel actions happening all around them, both through the VR headsets and within the motions of the simulator.

Sesame Place: Oscar’s Wacky Taxi
Oscar’s Wacky Taxi™ is a one of a kind wooden-steel hybrid roller coaster with a bright yellow, taxi cab inspired train with everyone’s favorite grouch at the helm.

Our littlest thrill-seekers and their families will enjoy the exhilarating first drop and plenty of air-time!

Summer

SeaWorld Orlando: Infinity Falls
Riders climb aboard their raft for a journey of discovery down this lost jungle river. Wind your way around soaking fountains and waterfalls as you pass the remains of an ancient civilization.

Hang on as the roaring world class rapids send you flying through chutes before you plunge down the tallest drop of its kind into churning whitewater.

Your adventure ends at Harmony Village with a greater connection to the world’s rivers, inspired to  spread the message of conservation.

SeaWorld San Diego: Electric Eel
The tallest, fastest roller coaster in our California park’s history is coming – a multi-launch coaster with high-energy twists, electrifying loops and inversions.
