Travel insights from Andrea Sedlacek, editor of The Compass

March 2020 Editor’s Note

Hawaii month on The Compass was a blast. We had so much great content that I just have to share some pieces you may have missed:

  • Hawaii is for Park Lovers – There is an endless number of places to visit in Hawaii to enjoy the state’s natural beauty. Here are our picks at the national, state and local levels.
  • The Hawaii Packing Guide for Every Type of Traveler – Not everyone’s been to Hawaii, and if you or your clients have, time may have passed since your last visit and you may have kids, a new travel style or are there for different activities. Here, we’ve done the work for you so you can spend less time researching what your clients should pack and just send them this list!

We had a bit of fun last month putting together lists of great resorts on each island:

March’s focus on The Compass is everyone’s favorite thing: food! I have to start with beer because it’s one of my favorite things. Our editor Jenna wrote this guide to Midwestern breweries that makes me want to go on a road trip across the region right now. She also put together a list of extraordinary culinary experiences in Cancun. Take me there now! We’ve obviously got more culinary-focused content coming your way, but I just wanted to give you a quick taste now (get it? taste?).

Stay hungry, agents!
