Joining Forces: A Note from Alex Zozaya, ALG CEO

As you know, we recently announced the exciting news that Apple Leisure Group (ALG) and The Mark Travel Corporation (TMTC) are joining forces to create a leading integrated leisure travel and technology solutions company. As the CEO of the newly combined company, I am thrilled to share that the deal has formally closed and ALG and TMTC have officially joined forces to become one company.

This strategic combination creates great opportunities for all of us as it will offer a robust and distinct collection of travel solutions for our mutual customers. The unique and mutually beneficial supplier and travel agency relationships of ALG and TMTC have been the foundation of each company for decades. Both organizations are where they are today in large part due to their collaboration with each of you and that will not change. Moving forward we will provide you with more value than ever.

As we join forces, our top priority is to remain focused on serving our mutual customers. To say it will be business as usual doesn’t quite capture the excitement of our team and the vast opportunities that are before us all. We will work hard and smart to create a company of leveraged best practices, improved technology and more powerful distribution capabilities.
