The Reserve at Paradisus by Melia

Formed by a merger of the Royal Service and Family Concierge attributes, The Reserve is an immersive vacation experience for adults, families and groups. The Reserve is home to the most superior accommodation in each resort, featuring private check-in and check-out, spacious suites, upgraded amenities, exclusive restaurants, pool and beach valet service and curated VIP services.

Romance by Paradisus

Earlier this year, Paradisus by Meliá announced the launch of our new Romance by Paradisus wedding program. The wedding packages have been specifically designed for couples who wish to bring their own particular personalities to the most important day of their lives. Get to know our wedding bundles:

Exciting Updates in Riviera Maya and Punta Cana

We’ve made changes in our Riviera Maya location, changing the name of the family-friendly part of the resort from Paradisus La Esmeralda to Paradisus Playa del Carmen.

This area of the resort features 506 spacious suites, including 188 The Reserve suites, 68 of which are swim-up suites with direct access to private pools. The adults-only part of the resort will continue to be known as Paradisus La Perla, offering 393 spacious suites, including 150 The Reserve suites, of which 58 are swim-up suites with direct access to private pools.

The Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real has also had a change of name and will now be known as Paradisus Grand Cana.

The resort will continue to offer high-end multi-generational vacation experiences, helping families reconnect and create everlasting memories. The resort is a perfect combination of luxury and modern design, with oversized premium suites as well as the new The Reserve concept, offering the most personalized and exclusive services.
