Travel insights from Beth Kitzman, BDM for VAX VacationAccess

Get a Social Media Boost with VAX

Is managing social media in your business the eternal unanswered question for you? How often do you post? What does consistency mean? Which platform is best? Do you have to know all the platforms? The questions can go on and on and they are all valid questions. I want you to keep reading, but I am going to be honest, I don’t have ALL the answers. I do think you’ll learn some cool tips if you stick with me here.

Recently I joined forces with our associate editor Taylor Coulson, who just happens to be quite the social media guru. She manages the VAX VacationAccess Facebook page and has her sights on stepping up our social media presence as well (hey, LinkedIn!). We presented the March Beth’s Buzz Live: Discover Social Media’s Pot o’ Gold on VAX and it was full of helpful, actionable info.

Based on the survey results of the webinar, Taylor knocked it out of the park when she shared many ideas about social media reporting, using hashtags and information about the Travel Again Tool Kit in VAX! The Tool Kit was received with overwhelming positivity. My article in January VAX Gives You the Tools provides some pretty good insight to how valuable it is as well.

There are more shining stars for this event that I want to praise as well! I was fortunate to have five top travel advisors provide their tips for how they use social media in their business successfully via video. The reviews were incredible for them! Be sure to take some time to soak in this content so you can step up your social media footprint, too. Please share below if you learned anything new here, and if you have any social media tips you’d be willing to share.
