So many things play in to how we live our daily lives and the flow that we take for different processes. We could discuss personality types and how a Type A personality would approach booking versus a Type B. There is also the time factor and how much time you have versus the feeling of a time crunch. Of course, it could also depend on the type of client you have in front of you or on the phone that is helping to make that decision. The beauty of it all is that VAX has all your bases covered and perhaps that is why travel advisors lean towards booking on our marketplace. As you approach the booking process, where do you start?
When I think of the New Reservation page, I think of as new client. It starts your booking fresh with the opportunity to lay out all the considerations before you even click Search. Here you insert all the basics of the foundation of the trip. However, here you also have the opportunity to set more specifics about your client’s flight experience before you get to the flight results page.
You also have the ability to set hotel details ahead of time as well. Need to off-set a hotel date? It can be done before the search even begins.
Rental Car follows suit as well. Once you select your car supplier, you can enter specifics that make your search as smooth and efficient as you can possibly imagine.
The Home page or Destination page reservation tool is so convenient because you insert those same basics and click Search and you’re off into the booking. The great news is that all the details and tools that are available in the Advanced Search are with you every step of the way through the booking process as well!
VAX’s Smart Res tool is also grand because it is removing any of the additional clutter in your searches to get you the promotion you are booking or the supplier specifics, you’re looking for based on the page you started your booking!
Whatever your mood, your personality type or your client’s attitude, VAX caters to you to get the job done and get that booking completed to your clients’ specific needs.
