Travel insights from Beth Kitzman, BDM for VAX VacationAccess

Finding the Help You Need

I hear it all the time: “VAX is my one-stop shop to find what I need and then book it.” And it’s true – there is a wealth of information, resources, suppliers, destination, promotions, tools and technology right here at your fingertips! Sometimes it might feel overwhelming to find what you need though if you need HELP, I’m grateful for the opportunity to HELP you find the clarity and direction you need on VAX.

This is where it gets complicated though, in understanding the difference between the VAX Leisure Marketplace and the suppliers that reside within the marketplace. We provide the resources, the content, the education and the tools and technology for VAX. We are not the suppliers and for that reason, due to security measures and protocols in place, we cannot access any of your reservations or anything that goes along with them, like your commission. Perhaps this additional insight will help you determine which direction to get the help you need.

How To Find Contact Information

There’s a link to VAX’s Help Center at the bottom the page of VAX (the very bottom – as far down as you can scroll). This brings you to some helpful categories to assist you. For contact information, select Issues and scroll down to find the VAX Tech Support contact information or the Supplier contact information you are searching for.

VAX Tech Support is there to assist when you are experiencing issues on VAX:

  • Logging in – If you are independent agent or a site manager, you will want to contact VAX Tech Support for assistance. If you are a part of a host agency or an agency with several advisors, you’ll need to contact your site manager.
  • Error messages
  • Site loading troubles

Customer Care for supplier brands is there to assist when you have issues related to your bookings:

  • Any changes that cannot be made in VAX
  • Weekend booking issues when VAX Tech Support is not available
  • Email is available when it is a non-urgent single answer or request

VAX’s search field can help you find what you need. Never underestimate to find the resources for actions you can take care of yourself. Search for content on VAX to help you with:

  • Multiple origin bookings
  • Travel credit
  • Pre- and/or post-cruise
  • Applying payments
  • Uplift
  • Sending a client payment link
  • So many more
