In the middle of the 2020 pandemic, my wife and I started our travel routine up again.
We needed to get out and see the world and see how that world has changed during this unprecedented time in our history. We selected Cancun as our re-breakout destination. At this particular time Cancun was a safe choice with the measures they had in place.
We picked the Crown Paradise Cancun Resort for our accommodation and we were not disappointed. The Crown Paradise Cancun Resort is a 600+ room property with balconies on every room and a view of the ocean as well. Every balcony had chairs and a table for you to relax between pool and beach trips.
Our stay at the Crown Paradise Cancun, an all-inclusive resort at the start of the hotel zone in beautiful Cancun. This resort is less than 15 minutes from the airport, which means you will be enjoying yourself with a frozen drink next to the pool shortly after arriving in Cancun.
This resort has five specialty restaurants for dinner and two buffet restaurants plus a snack bar next to the main pool. Being hungry is not an option here; you can eat until your heart is content. Food is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The resort has 24-hour room service but this facility has been banded during the pandemic. But the Crown Paradise will not let you down if you really need to eat from your room; they will make it happen because that is what they do.
There is really nowhere on the property that you cannot get a cool frothy drink because there are six bars throughout the Crown Paradise. And you can expect national and imported drinks at all of the bars throughout the property.
Of course you have all of the amenities of any resort for example, air conditioning, a telephone, in-room safe, radio alarm clock, free internet and mini bars stocked daily. But the service you receive seems personal.
The Crown Paradise has a remarkable staff. During our stay, the men and women catered to our every need and want. When you got your food at the buffet, a waiter would carry your plate to your table. Whatever drink I asked for, they got it for me. Whether it was a soda or a beverage from the bar, just ask and it would appear.
The staff everywhere on the resort was cleaning and sanitizing all of the time. There are social distancing markings on the floor everywhere on the property. Each Crown Paradise employee was wearing face coverings and gloves. There are glass dividers at the front desk as well as at the concierge station.
With all of the measures I saw at the Crown Paradise Cancun: cleaning, facial coverings and mask and the social distancing, I felt safe during my stay. Would I go back? If I had the time, I would be right there lying next to the pool with a cold drink in my hand.
