American Cruise Lines

Advisors can master all things American Cruise Lines when they enroll in the ACL Travel Advisor Program. The program consists of a series of six videos participants can view at their leisure with information covering topics like destinations, fleet details and more.

By joining the ACL Travel Advisor Program, advisors will have exclusive access to a tiered commission structure, FAM trips, marketing materials, industry content, client promotions, special training and support surrounding group bookings and presentations.

American Queen Voyages

Booking with American Queen Voyages (AQV)  has never been easier thanks to the cruise line’s American Queen Voyages Specialist program. In partnership with Travel Agent Academy, this course is designed to help travel pros match their clients with a variety of AQV itineraries. They’ll learn about what’s included in each type of sailing, receive helpful tips for upgrading travelers’ voyages to earn extra commission and more.

Additionally, participants will enjoy learning about AQV’s wide variety of shore excursions, onboard entertainment, dining and accommodations. 

Carnival Cruise Line

Carnival Cruise Line rewards advisors for investing in their professional development with Loyalty Rocks: Learn and Earn, a multi-tier training program created to help travel pros further their education surrounding the popular supplier.

Featuring three levels — Gold, Platinum and Diamond —, advisors who complete all three video-based courses will earn 100 reward points in addition to a certificate of graduation and a Carnival Diamond Graduate logo to be used on marketing materials.

Norwegian Cruise Line

Advisors hoping to learn more about Norwegian Cruise Line’s offerings won’t want to miss their chance to enroll in Norwegian Cruise Line University (NCLU), the cruise supplier’s degree-based advisor training program.

Featuring four different levels — Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Ph.D. Degree —, advisors can participate in a variety of courses and electives to qualify for their desired degree and a handful of special perks. Graduates of NCLU will receive a congratulatory email, downloadable certificate, email icon, badge, reduced rates on Norwegian sailings and three CLIA credits. 

Royal Caribbean International

Advisors can grow their business and their knowledge of Royal Caribbean International when they enroll in Royal Caribbean University (RCU), an advisor specialist program that covers everything they need to know about the company’s fleet, deployment and more.

Participants begin their journey with RCU by working towards their Bachelor’s Degree which, upon completion, will earn them a “Bachelors of Adventure” issued by RCU. Students who wish to continue in their curriculum can work toward a Master’s Degree to be awarded a “Masters of Adventure” degree. Upon completion of an RCU degree, advisors will receive a variety of rewards including CLIA credits, social media banners, eligibility for bonus commission, onboard perks and more. 

Viking

After revamping its advisor education program, Viking recently launched the Viking Travel Advisor Academy. The new program consists of four modules — Viking Fundamentals, Rivers, Oceans and Expeditions — that advisors can work to complete to become a Viking Certified Expert.

Upon completing their training, advisors will receive numerous perks including a certificate acknowledging their completion of the academy and their status as a Viking Certified Expert, a digital Viking Certified Expert badge, eligibility for special cruise rates and FAM sailings, and $100 per booking incentive on a Viking reloadable VISA for every confirmed booking within 30 days of successfully completing the four courses. 

Virgin Voyages

After registering as a First Mate, advisors have access to Seacademy, Virgin Voyages’ award-winning online learning platform. Seacademy is a four-tier system — Violet, Scarlet, Silver and Gold — that equips advisors with the info they need to sell Virgin Voyages’ cruises while earning valuable rewards in the process.

Completion of each Seacademy tier earns participants a “knot” (a visual representation of their knowledge of Virgin Voyages) in addition to three CLIA credits. Depending on how many knots they receive, advisors might be eligible for additional exclusive perks including a downloadable certificate and stamp to add to their email signature, Bonus Commission Vouchers, exclusive rates, priority access to events, first dibs on upcoming FAM trips and more.
