From launching new brands and properties to building strong alliances in target markets, AMResorts is experiencing unprecedented and exciting growth. Welcoming 2.5 million guests annually, AMResorts will further escalate its expansion through the strategic evolution of its product, leadership and support team.

In response to such tremendous achievements, I’m proud to share that our senior team is being recognized for their contributions. We are giving leaders a more in-depth focus in key areas of the business to drive our vision:

• As Senior Vice President Global Commerce and Distribution, Colette Baruth will have an even deeper focus on Global and International Sales Development, with the goal of expanding distribution to fuel and advance AMResorts’ growth. Expanding the Meetings & Incentives segment both internationally and domestically will also be another area of focus for AMResorts. Since joining the company in 2011 and bringing with her more than two decades of leadership expertise, Colette reliably drives increased profitability, value to partner relations and consumer awareness for our unique resort brands.
• Promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing, Erica Doyne oversees the marketing team to bring next level strategies and award-winning programs to life for AMResorts. She has a hyper focus on branding, including brand management, development and brand values, in addition to managing resort launches, integrated marketing campaigns, CRM, digital marketing, social media, public relations and communications. Joining AMResorts over a decade ago, Erica was recently named one of HSMAI’s Top 25 Minds in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Optimization.

Sales and Distribution:

• Delia McCrimon, Senior Director of Distribution: We are proud to announce that Delia has been promoted to Senior Director of Distribution. Her forward-thinking approach and ability to seek out opportunities in the complex distribution landscape have been crucial to our wins. In this role, she is responsible for the distribution of AMResorts and constantly broadening our approach, including both traditional contracting and distribution technology solutions.

Marketing and Branding:

• Melanie Benozich, Director of Brand Marketing: We are pleased to announce that Melanie has been promoted to Director of Brand Marketing. Successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns and multimedia content to capture key audiences, Melanie plays a vital part in driving results and market value for the AMResorts collection.
