The iconic Kani Ka Pila Grille, the resort’s full-service poolside restaurant, will continue to host legendary Hawaiian musicians, but now, in an improved setting. In addition to overall refreshed guestrooms, a five-story oceanfront building has taken on a new identity as the Diamond Head Tower, with 23 all-new deluxe rooms and suites. A partnership with the Polynesian Voyaging Society has also brought about new premier suites that honor Hawaii’s Pwo navigators and the stars they used to do so. These are limited to a cluster of only five exclusive suites, one of which offers two bedrooms and bathrooms, and sleeps 4 – 6 in 1,400 tremendous square feet.

The pool and spa deck was treated to new furniture, fixtures, and equipment to help guests better lounge their days away. But for the more active folk, a new fitness center was another investment the resort brand made, upgraded with best-in-class equipment. The Coral Kids Club is part of this new build, as is the Waiola Wellness Wing.
