As much as we've talked about doing it TOGETHER this year, the one thing that has made that possible is our flexibility and listening to your feedback. From our policies to our decisions, you've seen that we've been making it a priority to adapt to your needs, and to do so quickly and strategically. That includes with our Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights program.

We know that our fluidity around our ENVFs has caused some new issues we hadn't experienced before, and we understand and apologize for that. All airlines have been severely impacted, as you know, which has led to takedowns and other challenges. However, we want you to know that despite this, ALG Vacations™ is fully committed to offering an extensive charter program you'll continue to love and feel comfortable supporting.

We were delighted to have been able to bring back the Cancun routes in August as a response to increased demand, followed by a robust flight schedule in 2021, and are happier still to share some NEW important updates effective Monday, December 21, 2020 that will further demonstrate our dedication to serving your customers via ENVFs:

• Lower deposits for booking 46+ days out—down to $200 per person!
• Additional bonus commission on the hotel portion of ENVF packages booked 12/21/20 – 1/28/21—up to 2% for travel 4/1/21 – 12/31/21 and 1% for travel 1/1/21 – 3/31/21
• New customer alternatives to ENVF date or route changes and cancellations:
  • If an alternate ENVF is available: Price protection for different ENVF travel dates within 14 days of original departure, plus discount or future travel credit—up to $100 per person, based on the route
  • If an alternate ENVF is not available: Credit for ENVF fare paid plus $100 per person toward rebooking within 14 days of the original travel date with scheduled air

We also pledge to commit ourselves to you, our trusted travel partners. We promise to:

• Continue to offer competitive pricing and value-add options on ENVF packages to help drive sales
• Continuously monitor pricing to ensure we are competitive with the airlines, other tour operators, and OTAs
• Work toward commitments from advisors to market and support the ENVFs we're operating and grow back our offer as we watch over sales and demand
• Remain financially responsible with our decisions so that we can continue to be here to offer you these options and avoid operational cost-cutting adjustments to pricing and available benefits

Those benefits include:

• Nonstop round-trip flight options, including from unique origins where scheduled air may not allow for it (e.g. CMH, CVG, LAN, MKE, PIT)
• Prime early morning departures from domestic gateways and later departures from destinations
• Longer lead time to book the flights than scheduled air, allowing customers like group passengers to confirm earlier
• Full commission of up to 15% on air and hotel vacation packages and up to a 2% bonus on the hotel portion with Get Paid to Upgrade suppliers
• Exclusive, competitive pricing and available in-flight perks

As you can see, we remain unquestionably focused on keeping our ENVF program strong to better support your business. And that's not the only way we're doing our share to boost it—in response to your feedback, we are continuing our offer of low deposits on all bookings that include the voucher-only refund option of Travel Protection Plus into 2021!
