It might be wet and dreary now, but travelers already have their sights set on warm getaways to help break up these long winter months. So, which U.S. cities are hot right now? Here are the destinations your fellow agents are looking at for spring break 2019 travel.

Orlando

Between Disney World, Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Orlando is heaven on earth for pop culture junkies and families alike. Not into theme parks? Travelers can experience the wonders of the great outdoors at Blue Springs State Park or the Wekiva River. Or, there’s always the tried and true option of beachin’ the days away at Daytona or Cocoa just an hour outside of the city center. For Orlando lodging, agents on VAX are looking at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort for a taste of Hawaiian living or Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort where travelers can rent their own poolside cabana.

Honestly who wouldn’t want to spend a week basking in the beauty and sunshine of the Aloha State? Beautiful beaches, unique museums and breathtaking hiking trails, it’s no surprise Honolulu, Hawaii is at the top of traveler’s spring break 2019 list. Know of any beach bums? Book them a stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort where they can enjoy the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki. Another notable resort is Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort where love birds can partake in a sunrise Hawaiian vow renewal ceremony followed by an evening of slack-key guitar.

Tampa

From attractions to nightlife, Tampa has plenty to offer travelers looking to embrace their wild side. Visitors can get up close and personal with wildlife at top sight-seeing destinations like Busch Gardens and Big Cat Rescue. Or they can get their drink on at one of Tampa’s local breweries or distilleries for an experience that’s sure to be buzzing with fun. For pet-friendly accommodations with a beachfront view, book travelers a room at Sirata Beach Resort. Another solid choice for Tampa lodging is Tradewinds Island Grand where travelers can indulge in a one-of-a-kind dinner experience at the Guy Harvey Outpost famous for its delectable seafood and fantastic cocktails among a 33,500 gallon aquarium once featured on Animal Planet’s show “Tanked.”

Over-the-top hotels, awe-inspiring entertainment and casinos aplenty, of course Sin City is among the top domestic spring break destinations of 2019. Visitors can explore the wonders of the Las Vegas strip or take a day trip to the Grand Canyon, this one-of-a-kind city is jam-packed with exciting things to see and do. For a unique lodging experience, book clients at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino where they can visit the hotel’s new Level Up Gallery, a pay-to-play lounge where guests can enjoy virtual reality gaming and esport tournaments. Not into gaming? Travelers can live like a pharaoh with luxury and 5-star entertainment at the Luxor Hotel and Casino where they can catch acts like the Blue Man Group perform nearly every night.

Maui

Those looking for fabulous accommodations in a beautiful setting should look no further than Maui, Hawaii to satisfy their spring break wanderlust. Maui is the second-most-visited island of Hawaii and boasts exciting outdoor excursions such as snorkeling, zip lining and whale watching. Visitors looking for a taste of island life should stay at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa where they can partake in a moonlit lu’au or participate in daily penguin feedings. Another great lodging option is the Honua Kai Resort & Spa where travelers can sip on poolside cocktails or play a round of golf.
