Be Kind, Unwind and Propel Your Growth Giveaways are sponsored by ALG Vacations®. Must be at least 18 and a legal resident of the U.S. to win. Contest begins on 5/3/23 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on 5/31/23 at 11:59 PM ET. To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Apple Leisure Group’s employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Be Kind, Unwind and Propel Your Growth Giveaways.
Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest the You represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Be Kind, Unwind and Propel Your Growth Giveaways.
How to Enter: Each new FIT land-only or air and hotel booking with any ALG Vacations® brand made during the contest timeframe earns one entry to win. One additional entry is earned if the new reservation includes Travel Protection Plus. Entrants whom have completed the ALGVPro certification will receive one additional entry per qualifying new reservation. For each entry to be valid, the booking must have a deposit made. A maximum of three entries per reservation can be earned. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of false bookings or uses any device or artifice to enter false bookings, as determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified.
Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Be Kind, Unwind Giveaway and Propel Your Growth Giveaway Contest (the “Winner”) will receive a prize letter detailing the prize, estimated value and instructions on how to redeem. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in this prize package. All other expenses not specifically mentioned are solely the winner’s responsibility. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Hotel rooms subject to availability. Winner and travel guest(s) must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest(s) must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for travel. Winner understands there are inherent risks involved in travel and these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither the Sponsor nor any prize suppliers are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantees relative to the prize. Additional terms and conditions may apply to airline, hotel or transportation. ALG Vacations® and suppliers shall not be responsible or liable in any way for cancellations, losses or damages. Winner must provide ALG Vacations® with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded. A form 1099 will be issued to prize winners. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa, by Inclusive Collection: One (1) prize will be awarded, which consists of a five (5)-night half-board hotel stay at the Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa, roundtrip airfare provided by United Airlines in coach class for two (2) and roundtrip hotel/airport transfers. The hotel is valid through 10/31/24. The excursion/transfers are only valid for travel from April 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024. All other expenses not specifically mentioned are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in this prize package. The total estimated value is $6,936.
Hyatt Resorts & Hotels Hawaii: One (1) prize will be awarded, which consists of a two (2)-night hotel stay at the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, a three (3)-night stay at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, at three (3)-night stay at Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach and a three (3)-night stay at Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, roundtrip airfare provided by United Airlines in coach class for two (2), Interisland flights, and an Avis car rental. Universal Orlando Resort: One (1) prize will be awarded, which consists of a two (2)-night hotel stay at the any your choice of Universal Orlando Resorts, roundtrip airfare provided by United Airlines in coach class for two (2), two (2) day Park-to-Park tickets and Avis car rental. Resort is subject to availability. Valid for travel one year from the date of prize announcement. All other expenses not specifically mentioned are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in this prize package. The total estimated value is $2,661.
All United Airlines vouchers included in the Be Kind, Unwind Giveaway: Winners must contact United Airlines Ticket Redemption Center to redeem certificate United Airlines Travel Agent Certificates, see all rules and restrictions on voucher. Taxes and fees for United Airlines tickets are the responsibility of the winner.
All Avis vouchers included in the Be Kind, Unwind Giveaway: Winners must provide their Avis Preferred Number to ALG Vacations. Winners must sign up for Avis Preferred if they do not already have. The free rental for the mid-size SUV will be credited to their Avis Preferred Account.
Propel Your Growth Giveaway prizes include: Social Media Business Building Kits: Contents include (1) iPad, (1) GoPro Creator Edition, (1) Gimbal and Case, (1) Lume Cube Mobile Creator Lighting & Audio Kit, (1) Ring Light, (1) Bluetooth Lavalier Mics. Total estimated value is $1,439.
Selection and Notification of Winners: The Winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters related to the contest are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained an unfair advantage in the contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements of the contest. Winners may only win once during this promotion.
Winners will be notified by email and telephone on approximately July 1, 2023. Inability to contact winner by telephone or email within seventy-two (72) hours of selection will result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting the prize, winner grants ALG Vacations® a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this Contest constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.
Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING PENNSYLVANIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Pennsylvania having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
